Talam ubi (sweet patato)


Ingredient:
To the outside
  1. 1 tablespoon  flour hunkwe
  2. 2 tablespoon cassava sago

To bottom
  1. 1/2 kg sweet potato yellow
  2. 2 glass cassava sago
  3. 1 glass granulated sugar
  4. 1/2 coconut milk + salt

How make:
- Steamed sweet potato then blend
- Mik sweet potato and cassava sago plus coconut milk 
- Then stirred and filtered and the last sugar added vanilla and salt

* to the outside
- Hunkwe cassava starch and sago coconut milk diluted with entries in a pan and then steamed until cooked and then combined with the white dough
- Served using a pie plate.
