Steamed Jam Roll cake

Ingredients:  
  1. 5 eggs 
  2. 150 gr flour
  3. 120 gr granulated sugar
  4. 1 teaspoon TBM
  5. 1 teaspoon VX
  6. 2 tablespoon milk powder
  7. Pineapple jam 
How make:
-Sugar,eggs,vanilla,beaten until white then enter TBM,VX,salt beaten until thick
-Input flour little by little and finely milk
-Input a baking pan that has been given buttered baking sheet ang speared thin
-Steamed until cooked about 15 minutes let cool and spread whit jelly roll cake served on a plate

Talam ubi (sweet patato)


Ingredient:
To the outside
  1. 1 tablespoon  flour hunkwe
  2. 2 tablespoon cassava sago

To bottom
  1. 1/2 kg sweet potato yellow
  2. 2 glass cassava sago
  3. 1 glass granulated sugar
  4. 1/2 coconut milk + salt

How make:
- Steamed sweet potato then blend
- Mik sweet potato and cassava sago plus coconut milk 
- Then stirred and filtered and the last sugar added vanilla and salt

* to the outside
- Hunkwe cassava starch and sago coconut milk diluted with entries in a pan and then steamed until cooked and then combined with the white dough
- Served using a pie plate.

Ingredients:

  1. 1 glass white eggs
  2. 1 glass granulated sugar
  3. 1 glass flour 
  4. 1 glass coconut milk(boil and pandan leaves,salt,vanilla)
  5. Dye
How make:
- White eggs and granulated sugar whipped until stiff
- input flour and mata ula (coconut milk)by alternating
- Dough that is ready for the 2 and give a different color
- Input in a buttered baking dish that has been given
- Steamed a first color when ripe input of other colors
- Served in a plate

sakura cake

ingredients:
  1. 4 eggs
  2. 3 glass flour
  3. 3 glass sugar
  4. 2 glass water
  5. 2 tablespoon butter
  6. 1 teaspoon baking powder
  7. 2 teaspoon spice lapis legit
  8. 1  teaspoon baking soda
How make:
- 2 glass sugar caramel made
- Flush water and  boil until the sugar melts
-1 glass sugar mix with butter,and inputs eggs 1 by 1
- Input flour,baking powder,baking soda,vanilla and spice lapis legit.
- Steamed for about 20 minutes
- Served in a plate

Ingredients:

  2. 75 grams powered sugar
  3. 175 grams flour
  4. 1/2 eggs red
  5. 1 tablespoon of milk powder
  6. 1 tablespoon choco powder

Onion pie

Ingrendien
  1. 1 kg Flour
  2. 1/4 kg cornflour
  3. 4 eggs
  4. 11/2 cup coconut milk,onion+garlic
  5. Pepper,celery,seasoning,cooking oil
How to make
  • Crushed pepper,chopped celery should be
  • Flour dough made with eggs
  • Flour a hole and then shake eggs little by little so as not to clot and then were given water and slam-slam
  • Then molded according to taste
  • Fry until the yellowish
  • served in a jar

peanuts pie



Ingredients
  1. 250gr of peanuts roasted peeled and finely crushed
  2. 250gr in sifted powdered sugar
  3. 375gr Flour
  4. 11/2 Cup cooking oil
  5. 1 red eggs shake
  6. 60gr of peanuts roasted peeled and roughly chopped
How make
  1. Mixed in a bowl of peanuts that have been crushed,powdereed sugar and flour together
  2. Make a hole in the middle of the flour pour oil into it little by little,stie well so that the dough can be rolled
  3. Take the dough a little round up of marbles,again until the dough runs out
  4. Store the dough circles on the baking sheet that has been smeared margarin.press slightly to somewhat flat spread with red eggs that have been in the shake
  5. Sprinkle chopped nut on top
  6. Bake in oven that has been heated for 30 minutes until golden yellow cake
  7. Serve in a tight jar

Steamed Sponge Flower

Ingredients
  1. 1/4kg flour
  2. 2 eggs
  3. 1/4kgsugar
  4. 1/2 Teaspoon ovalet
  5. Dye strawbbe
  6. 4ry
  7. cup steamed sponge
  8. Water 14 Spoon
How make:
  1. Mix eggs and sugar to expand
  2. Input ovalet beat again until stiff
  3. Input of flour and water alternately while continuing to be shaken at low speed
  4. Give dye mix
  5. Input batter into molds,steamed steamed pot lid with a cloth that were not dripping water vapor.for 10 minutes
  6. Cake ready to serve

cake syring


Ingredients
  1. 250 grms margarin
  2. 100 grams powdered sugar
  3. 350 grams flour
  4. 1 eggs red
  5. 1 tablespoon of milk powder
  6. Vanilla
  7. For the topping,dates or raisin to taste
How make
  • Mix all ingredients until smooth
  • Print mold the dough with special syringe according to taste
  • Put in the middle center of the cake toping
  • Bake in oven about 15 minutes 
  • Serve in a jar tightly
